That’s how grief works. It comes at you sideways, through cracks in your armor you didn’t even know you had – years later and in peculiar places.
Very true. I found it to be one of the best descriptions of grief that I’ve read before.
Which reminds me, once again, that you have to do things for the people you love or admire or have promised to – because tomorrow may be too late.
